Air Handling Unit

Air Handling Unit
or Air Handler, a device used as part of a HVAC system that includes a blower, heating and/or cooling elements, filters, sound attenuators, and dampers. Air handlers connect to ductwork that distributes the conditioned air through part of a building, and returns it to the air handler and may include the ability to mix in outside air and exhaust air from the building.
